This workshop is a great option for those who already have some experience, as well as for those who have never had contact with a loom.
You will learn the basic techniques to create a small decorative tapestry using the loom. You will learn how to assemble the warp, learn about the different threads that exist, the basic structure of the tapestry, some decorative stitches and finally do the finishing touches. In this workshop you will also learn how to introduce dried plants throughout your tapestry (optional). Frame looms will be made available to all participants for use during the workshop which can then be purchased for future work. You will also receive a manual for reference with the project description and some additional information and at the end of the workshop you will take home a small finished tapestry.
