For professionals or for a particular person

In addition to the small collections created by Susana Mendez, it is also possible to create bespoke pieces for each client, whether they are private, for their own homes, or for professional projects such as architects, designers and decorators. The client may already have a pre-defined idea of the pieces they want to create, or develop a project from scratch.

Order request

For custom pieces, collaborations or other projects, please contact us by email, susanamendez.studio@gmail.com explaining your concept, project, or idea. You can send a file as an attachment to reference your ideas or inspirations. After analyzing the request, I will contact you to begin the project.

Production time

Delivery time depends on the characteristics of the part. When the quote for your order is sent, you will also receive information about the lead time for your order.

Quotes

Custom orders require an initial, non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount shown in the quote. The final payment of the remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery of the piece, or before shipping.
